dc.description.abstractEste estudo examinou os efeitos do feedback visual e auditivo sobre a eficiência do arremesso de sete metros no handebol. Com a baliza demarcada com seis alvos, sendo eles nos ângulos inferiores, médios e superiores, primeiramente os sujeitos foram instruídos a realizar seis arremessos de sete metros da forma em que eram habituados, buscando acertar o alvo que lhe foi direcionado. Após esta ação, eram demonstrados para os sujeitos, um vídeo dele próprio executando o arremesso, e posteriormente, o vídeo de um atleta de alto rendimento executando o arremesso de sete metros, no qual os sujeitos eram informados a analisar os ângulos de seus membros superiores e inferiores, e tentar ajustá-los para realizar o arremesso da maneira que se aproximasse o máximo possível da execução do atleta renomado. Assim, repetindo mais seis arremessos com o intuito de acertar o alvo indicado a cada arremesso. Desta forma, os resultados indicaram que apenas a aceleração da bola e o ângulo do cotovelo obteve relevância estatística, e nenhuma melhoria da eficiência do arremesso (quantidade de acertos) no antes e após o feedback foi notada, insinuando que o tipo de feedback realizado não parece ser a melhor forma de abordagem para ajustes da eficiência do arremesso de sete metros no handebol.pt_BR

dc.description.abstractxThis study examined the effects of visual and auditory feedback on the efficiency of the seven-meter throw in handball. With the goal marked with six targets, being them in the inferior, medium and superior angles, first the subjects were instructed to perform six throws of seven meters in the way they were used to, trying to hit the target that was directed to them. After this action, the subjects were shown a video of themselves executing the throw, and later, the video of a high performance athlete executing the seven-meter throw, in which the subjects were informed to analyze the angles of their upper limbs. and lower, and try to adjust them to perform the throw in a way that would get as close as possible to the performance of the renowned athlete. Thus, repeating six more shots in order to hit the indicated target with each shot. In this way, the results indicated that only the acceleration of the ball and the angle of the elbow obtained statistical relevance, and no improvement in the efficiency of the throw (number of hits) in the before and after the feedback was noticed, insinuating that the type of feedback performed did not seems to be the best approach to adjusting the efficiency of the sevenmeter throw in handball.pt_BR
